If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

 

Tracking your order:

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please note that due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for tea leaves. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Tea accessories can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. However, to be eligible, the item must be unused and returned in its original mint condition packaging.

Returns will be processed in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

We kindly request customers to provide the reason for their return. This helps us understand any potential issues and allows us to improve our products and services.
