As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order under “My Orders” when you log in to your 555TEA account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Please note that due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for tea leaves. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Tea accessories can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. However, to be eligible, the item must be unused and returned in its original mint condition packaging.
Returns will be processed in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
